Please read these terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the pug4d platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place bets on pug4d. Registering or betting while underage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
2.2 Residency. These services are primarily directed at adult residents of Indonesia. By creating an account, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by local statute. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before participating.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gambling platforms — including through pug4d's own Responsible Gaming tools — are not eligible to register new accounts or place bets during any active exclusion period.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may maintain only one registered account on pug4d. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility checks or claim bonuses fraudulently is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pug4d will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, pug4d requires identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP, SIM, or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the request cancelled.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. pug4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, match-fixing, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pug4d may withhold or void any winnings derived from prohibited activity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pug4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method as disclosed on the deposit screen. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are stated at the time of withdrawal request. pug4d reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets are generally credited to your Wallet instantly. Processing times for other banks may range from 15 minutes to 1 hour. Deposits are not guaranteed until confirmed by the respective banking institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks. pug4d does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or payment processors.
4.5 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pug4d account. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. pug4d reserves the right to request proof of payment-method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Fees. pug4d does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your responsibility. pug4d reserves the right to introduce processing fees with reasonable prior notice.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. pug4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to place holds on deposits or withdrawals and request source-of-funds documentation where transactions appear unusual or inconsistent with standard betting activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction.
Important: Deposited funds are for betting purposes only. If you deposit funds and decide not to use them, you may request a withdrawal of unused balances subject to applicable verification requirements.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by pug4d are subject to these general terms as well as specific terms stated at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
5.2 One Bonus per User. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute proportionally based on odds and stake.
5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet permitted per round or event is Rp 200,000 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may be voided, and associated winnings forfeited.
5.5 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have a specified validity period (typically 30 days from the date of credit). Any uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balance will be removed from your Wallet upon expiry without compensation.
5.6 Bonus Abuse. pug4d employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, systematic bet hedging, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Where abuse is detected, pug4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close accounts without prior notice.
5.7 Right to Withdraw Offers. pug4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's account under a specific promotion will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pug4d. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by professional or systematic bettors, bets on suspended markets, or bets placed after an event has concluded.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed within the betting interface and vary by market and event. pug4d may apply individual account stake restrictions where warranted.
6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. pug4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Where such errors are identified, affected bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided and stakes returned.
6.4 Settlement of Bets. Bets will be settled in accordance with official results from recognized governing bodies. In the event of any dispute regarding the result of an event, pug4d's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.
6.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time the bet is confirmed. Due to data transmission delays, there may be a brief period between an in-play event occurring and the market being suspended. pug4d reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event has occurred where this can be demonstrated.
6.6 Togel and Lottery Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draw outcomes from designated reference markets. Bets accepted after the official draw closure time are void. pug4d is not responsible for technical failures that prevent bet placement before a draw closes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pug4d and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the pug4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design, is the property of pug4d or its content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. pug4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to resell, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Trademarks. The pug4d name, logo, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of pug4d. You may not use these marks without pug4d's prior written consent.
9.1 Platform Availability. pug4d strives to maintain a 99.8% uptime availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
9.2 No Liability for Gambling Losses. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing your entire staked amount. pug4d accepts no liability for any financial loss, harm, or distress arising from participation in gambling activities on the Platform.
9.3 Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pug4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory.
9.4 Maximum Liability. Where pug4d's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Force Majeure. pug4d is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, or acts of war.
Your use of pug4d is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. pug4d handles all personal data with industry-standard security measures and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
We may share your data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data to marketing third parties.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of pug4d following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your Wallet.

13.1 International Operations. pug4d is operated by an internationally licensed entity. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, which may differ from Indonesian law.
13.2 User's Legal Responsibility. By accessing pug4d from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legally ambiguous context under Indonesian law (including the Public Gambling Act 1867 and subsequent regulations). You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your participation complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Class-action arbitration is waived to the extent permitted by law.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
